Policies

1-Minimum contract period: As per company policy, the minimum contract period is 3 months (90 days), from the start of the contract date with up-front payments made as per the agreement made between the Consultant and Client, at the time of negotiation. 

2-Rights to content:  

• The Client will retain the right to all content created by the Consultant for the Client, while under contract. However, the Client may not distribute for profit any content created by the Consultant for the Client, while under contract or out of contract, without the written consent of the Consultant. 
• The usage of the content created by the Consultant for the Client is limited to social media usage only and not to be used for billboards, magazines, news papers, TV, etc. 
• Furthermore, the Consultant will retain the right to use any and all content created by the Consultant for the Client, while under contract, for the purpose of
  (1) providing samples of the Consultant’s work or (2) Instruction - including, but not limited to, presentations, lectures, or published material in any medium.

3-Suspension (Pause) of services: As per our company policy, the suspension of activity/activities provided should be discussed with the Consultant and Client, with valid reasoning and written notice. The suspension of services can only be for 10 days, after which the Consultant and Client must agree on the next steps. 

• In the event that the Consultant and Client do not reach an agreement after 10 days of suspension (pausing) of services, the Consultant holds the right to automatically assume termination of services on the Client's behalf, in which case the termination policy (Clause no. 4) will come into effect. 

4-Termination of services:  Should the Client choose to terminate the contract without cause prior to the end of the initial 3 months (90 days) period, the Client must present the Consultant with a written notice of termination and compensation equal to the amount of 30 days or 1 month service period.
